Cancellations
You may cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before your scheduled class or private lesson to receive a returned credit. You must cancel your reservation through your Kenko account. We cannot accept cancel requests via phone or email.
No shows and cancellations within 12 hours are considered late cancels, and you will forfeit the class credit.
Membership holders must follow the cancellation policy. Unlimited monthly membership holders will be charged a $10 fee for late cancellations and no shows. Members, please arrive 5 minutes before the start of class to ensure the instructor can check you in. Arriving late may result in an accidental $10 no-show fee, as the instructor cannot pause class for check-in. While refunds are issued in such cases, arriving on time makes the process smoother for everyone.
Progressive makeup no-shows and late cancels will result in a $30 fee.
Students who arrive more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to take class. You will be marked as a late cancel and will forfeit your credit for the class. The door will be locked at the start of class and will remain locked during class.
Studio rentals must be cancelled 24-hours in advance of the reservation time to receive credit towards another rental.
Progressive courses must be cancelled 24-hours prior to the start of the first class in the session in order to receive credit for another progressive series.
Classes with two registered students or less may be subject to cancellation up to 3 hours before class. You will be notified and receive class credit.
In the event of an instructor emergency, classes may be cancelled up to 2 hours before class. You will be notified and receive class credit.
We hold the right to cancel any class. In the event of class cancellation, you will be notified and receive class credit.
